Summary: The Agile Business Analyst role involves working on a 3+ month contract to deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to define and refine business and technical requirements. The role is hybrid, allowing for 1 or 2 days a week in the office, and is classified as outside IR35. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document clear user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver optimal solutions.
- Analyse and improve business processes using Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience end-to-end.
- Support testing, training, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience in Business Analysis with strong Agile delivery exposure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with process modelling, UI specifications, and data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant BA certifications (e.g., BCS, Agile BA, Lean Six Sigma – preferred).
