Summary: The Agency Operations Manager for TikTok LIVE will focus on building strategic relationships with agencies and organizations in the live-streaming sector. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, developing operational policies, and providing guidance on content quality and variety. The position requires fluency in Serbian and English to effectively engage with Serbian-speaking agencies and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing and data analysis within a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs, and organizations focused on live-streaming and content creators.
- Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem.
- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools, and terms for agencies while collaborating with global teams.
- Guide the existing agency portfolio on operational topics such as education, training, and shared operational services.
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding the variety and quality of content verticals.
Key Skills:
- Experience with influencers, celebrities, or live-streaming platforms.
- Proven experience managing agencies and dealing with stakeholders.
