  • Investigate deviations from standards and translate data into insights and actions.

What to Expect As an Aftersales Supply Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, timely, and customer focused supply of Aftersales parts to the global retailer network. The role plays a critical part in minimising vehicle downtime, protecting the customer experience, and supporting overall Aftersales performance. You will also be responsible for communicating with key internal stakeholders on parts supply statuses and to track progress of projects and critical activities that impact Aftersales parts supply and effective reporting on operational performance and projects.

What You'll Do Principal Accountabilities: Customer Focus Monitor retailer backorders daily with a primary focus on Buy Back and Vehicle Off Road cases, ensuring supply risks are identified and addressed at the earliest opportunity Actively investigate and assess alternative supply source options to mitigate risk and reduce customer impact. Maintain clear prioritisation of parts supply based on customer impact and business criticality. Supply Planning and Performance Management Manage supply performance for assigned suppliers or product groups, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved. Identify potential or actual supply constraints early and implement mitigation actions ahead of customer impact. Lead supplier escalation activities and recovery plans for critical shortages, working closely with our Logistics provider and Production. Coordinate parts availability for Aftersales campaigns and new initiatives, ensuring readiness to support launch activity. Stakeholder Communication and Supply Visibility Provide clear, timely, and accurate updates on backorders, supply status, risks, and recovery timelines to internal stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for supply related queries within assigned product areas. Maintain alignment between supply planning priorities and regional customer needs through structured communication. Support customer facing teams with clear information to enable effective customer management. Reporting and Insight Prepare Aftersales supply reports and key performance indicators. Investigate deviations from agreed standards and translate data into clear insights and actions. Highlight risks, trends, and recurring issues to support decision making and prioritisation. Recommend process or planning improvements to strengthen supply stability and customer outcomes.
