Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish staffing levels to meet budgetary goals.
  • Interview, select, and hire staff in line with company procedures.
  • Train aftersales department staff and maintain training standards.
  • Administer clerical functions within the service department.
  • Review departmental activities with the Franchise Manager.
  • Maintain safety and security procedures for personnel and property.
  • Ensure accurate diagnosis and maintenance of workshop equipment.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departmental managers.
  • Develop and implement aftersales marketing plans.
  • Monitor service department financial performance and pricing policies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control mechanisms and VOSA regulations.
  • Promote a customer-focused approach and utilize feedback for improvement.
