Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and coordination of meetings, including agenda preparation and data collation.
  • Networking cross-functionally and with VW Group colleagues to support departmental activities.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing correspondence, preparing daily schedules, and approving documentation for review and distribution.
  • Writing external communication bulletins.
