Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding documentation for High Yield Bond Transactions and processes from commencement to closing.
• Assisting lawyers with transaction pre-closings and closings.
• Drafting due diligence memoranda, call logs, fact backup charts, and transfer circle ups.
• Handling attorney requests from the US office via the US Library.
• Conducting document searches and factual research, including on computerized systems.
• Proofreading agreements and other transactional documents.
• Obtaining charter documents and good standing certificates from the Secretary of State.
• Managing post-closing matters, including preparation of bound volumes.
• Gathering precedents for new transactions.

Key Skills:

• Excellent academic qualifications.
