Summary: The Affiliate Marketing Executive role involves managing and developing the EMEA affiliate programme for a global travel brand on a 1-year contract. The position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and experience with a large affiliate network. The executive will oversee daily operations, manage campaigns, and build relationships with affiliate partners. The role is critical for optimizing affiliate performance and enhancing programme results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the affiliate channel, managing inquiries, exposure, and administrative tasks.
- Serve as primary contact for the affiliate network, briefing campaigns, providing updates, and addressing queries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate campaigns, from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and represent the business at key events to identify opportunities.
- Monitor affiliate performance, propose incentive structures, and collaborate on optimisation efforts to enhance programme results.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience working in a large-scale matrix organisation, ideally in travel.
- Strong analytical & data skills and prior experience using Commission Junction would be ideal!
- Able to build strong relationships with affiliates & internal stakeholders.
- Immediately available to start.
