Summary: The role of Marketing Technology & Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist involves managing and optimizing the MarTech stack with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud products, particularly AEM. The specialist will bridge marketing and technology to ensure effective digital experiences and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain AEM Sites and Assets, including templates, components, workflows, and DAM.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement and optimize AEM-based web experiences.
  • Ensure content governance, version control, and publishing workflows are followed.
  • Train content authors and marketers on AEM best practices.
  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack including tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and others.
  • Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CMS, and data platforms to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and vendors to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns with proper tagging, tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all marketing technology implementations.
  • Work closely with IT, product, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Act as a technical consultant for marketing initiatives, providing guidance on feasibility and implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing technology, with at least 5+ years hands-on with AEM.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Campaign, etc.).
  • Experience in the insurance industry domain is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AEM (Sites, Assets, Workflows, Components).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Adobe Launch).
