Summary: The Advanced Practitioner role in the Mental Health Team involves supervising and managing staff, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and conducting various assessments and reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and line managing staff
• Absence management
• Quality approving reports
• Mentoring team members
• Ensuring legal compliance with relevant legislation
• Chairing meetings and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
• Undertaking care act duties, including s9 assessments and s27 reviews
• Supporting with s117 aftercare and alternative duties in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983/2007, and Equality Act 2010

Key Skills:
