Summary: The Advanced Planning Systems Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring governance throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing changes to project scope, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also oversee project plans, risk management, and budget tracking to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment to desired project outcomes.
- Manage changes to scope, time, and quality, ensuring deliverable outcomes remain in focus.
- Own project artefacts and keep project & program sponsors informed.
- Chair project status meetings and drive agendas for Project Boards.
- Create, maintain, and regularly review project plans with key stakeholders.
- Manage deliverables with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct project risk management and mitigation, along with project health reviews.
- Track project progress and manage relevant project budgets.
