Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced blade inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR)

- Carry out internal blade repairs, working within confined environments
- Ensure all work complies with standards and quality requirements
- Support planning and execution of repair scopes, working closely with site teams
- Produce accurate technical reporting and documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to HSE standards and GWO protocols
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working on Vestas turbines, specifically V174-9.5MW platforms
- Demonstrable experience with Category 4-5 blade repairs
- Strong experience in internal blade repair
- Advanced Blade Technician qualification (Vestas certification preferred)
- GWO BST 5 (including Sea Survival) - valid
- Fluent English
- Valid Japanese residence card / full right to work in Japan
