Eden Brown are looking for a Team Manager of an Adults Social Worker team (safeguarding) on behalf of Bristol city council. This is a full time, locum role to start as soon as possible for approximately 6 months. Hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in the office per week. 40 per hour. About the Role: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy social work team, including senior practitioners, social workers, and unregulated practitioners. You will provide case direction and support, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to processes. Additionally, you will oversee governance and best value, utilising tier one and two services to optimise outcomes for our clients. Bristol city council are looking for someone who has experience of being a responsible manager of a team for s42 enquiries. You must have: Proven experience in managing a social work team, preferably within adult services. Strong understanding of social work practices, governance, and quality assurance. Ability to provide clear direction and support to a diverse team of social workers and practitioners. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS is required.
