Summary: Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced Adult Social Care Solicitors for a Local Authority in Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice and advocacy in relation to Adult Social Care (community care, adult protection), mental health matters, and education law (including school admission appeals).
- Advising officers, Members, Cabinet, and Committees.
- Interpreting and implementing Government legislation and policy.
- Advocacy in mental health matters (where suitably experienced).
Key Skills:
- Experience in Adult Social Care law.
- Knowledge of mental health law and education law.
- Strong advocacy skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement legislation and policy.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Salary (Rate): £60.00/hr

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded Local Authority, based in Leicestershire , which is looking for experienced Adult Social Care Solicitors to join their Legal Services team.
Role: Adult Social Care Solicitor
Location: Leicestershire (hybrid/remote)
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £60ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice and advocacy in relation to Adult Social Care (community care, adult protection), mental health matters and education law (including school admission appeals).

Benefits: Hybrid/remote working. Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance. Flexible hours – the council is open to full and part time applicants . We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
