Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high performance standards across projects in the Polish market.
- Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
- Communicate policy updates and facilitate timely communication of policy questions.
- Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback to teams.
- Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to management.
- Identify and assess areas for performance improvement and deliver solutions.
- Participate in or lead policy briefings ensuring consistency with local conditions.
- Support internal onboarding and develop training SOPs and materials.
- Moderate queues and participate in knowledge quizzes as required.
- Design and implement training plans according to timelines.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong understanding of business needs and strategic thinking skills.
