Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high performance standards across relevant projects and develop a best practice model.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and facilitate communication.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management teams.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process.
• Identify and assess areas for performance improvement and deliver proactive solutions.
• Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure consistency with local conditions.
• Support the internal onboarding team in developing training SOPs and materials.
• Perform regular queue moderation and participate in knowledge quizzes as required.
• Design and implement a training plan according to the timeline.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Broad understanding of business needs and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and working modes of upstream and downstream teams.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of XFN partners.
