Summary: The ADSEO Quality Assurance role at TikTok focuses on ensuring high performance standards in content moderation for the Dutch market. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best practice model for the Dutch market.
• Facilitate calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Policy POC to communicate policy updates and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback in English and Dutch.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to management teams.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and proactively deliver solutions.
• Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure consistency with cultural and political conditions.
• Balance efficient task delivery through relevant platforms.
• Support the internal onboarding team in developing training SOPs and materials.
• Perform regular queue moderation and participate in knowledge quizzes.
• Design and implement a training plan according to the timeline.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Broad understanding of business needs and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with labeling business logic and upstream/downstream team operations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional partners.
• Fast learner capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a short video product user industry preferred.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and machine learning concepts.
