Job Title: ADP GV / SAP Testing Specialist

Contract Type: PAYE Contract (Contingent Consultant)

About the Team: This role sits within the Enterprise Technology Services division, which supports the delivery of reliable, secure, and agile technology platforms. The team is responsible for production management, quality assurance, end-user services, and the firm's first line of defense for managing IT risks. The team works across business functions including HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure testing standards and systems are well integrated and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation and optimization of testing methods for complex payroll systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR IT, Workday IT, Time Tracking, and ADP to develop integrated automation solutions
• Apply SDLC methodologies to support upgrades, compliance changes, and enhancements to payroll/time systems
• Provide technical guidance on automation and secure coding standards in Java and related tools
• Support and manage integrations between global HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking systems
• Act as liaison with internal stakeholders and external HR/Payroll IT vendors for testing initiatives
• Lead testing efforts for annual technology changes in ADP GV and Workday solutions
• Proactively support business rule changes and testing across payroll-related platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in testing within ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll functional processes and system integrations
• Familiarity with time tracking systems such as eTime, Workforce Manager, or Kronos
• In-depth understanding of Software Test Life Cycle and methodologies (SIT, UAT, Regression, End-to-End)
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and automation frameworks
• Experience using test management tools such as JIRA or ALM
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing defect reporting and resolution processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and complex system architectures
• Experience working with both internal business users and external vendors
