Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS
- Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of workflows across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and recruiting
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Compliance to ensure systems meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage system integrations, data flows, and automation between ADP, iCIMS, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for HR and recruiting teams
- Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and vendor evaluations
- Train and mentor HRIS and recruiting team members on best practices and new features
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll, benefits, and reporting modules
- 3+ years of experience with iCIMS, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and data governance
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional system projects and integrations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ADP Administrator in Columbia, MD.
Duties:
* ADP Administrator will act as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS
* Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of workflows across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and recruiting
* Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Compliance to ensure systems meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
* Manage system integrations, data flows, and automation between ADP, iCIMS, and other platforms (e.g., background checks, learning systems)
* Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making
* As an ADP Administrator, you will troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for HR and recruiting teams
* Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and vendor evaluations
* Train and mentor HRIS and recruiting team members on best practices and new features
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll, benefits, and reporting modules
* 3+ years of experience with iCIMS, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
* Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and data governance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
