Summary: The Adobe Target Developer role involves delivering data-driven, personalized digital experiences for a prestigious banking client through a 3-month contract. The position requires strong technical expertise in Adobe Target and the ability to execute front-end changes independently. The ideal candidate will also work with APIs and Adobe Analytics for reporting and integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is hybrid, based in London, and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute A/B tests, Experience Targeting (XT), and Adobe Recommendations activities to deliver personalized user experiences.
- Configure and maintain Adobe Target tagging and mbox parameterization using Adobe Launch or equivalent tag management systems.
- Write and manage profile scripts using Rhino JS/JavaScript for advanced personalization logic.
- Consume APIs within Adobe Target for dynamic personalization and content delivery.
- Configure Adobe Target reporting in Adobe Analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights on the personalization activities.
- Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to deliver integrated personalization using experience fragments and dynamic components.
- Implement minor Front End changes (eg, text updates, image swaps, CSS/JS tweaks) directly within Adobe Target.
- Troubleshoot and debug Target implementations and activities across devices and browsers.
- Work with cross-functional development team in implementing the experience and other technical requirements.
