Summary: The role of Product Manager focuses on driving customer-centric solutions using Adobe products, specifically Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the product owner/champion for one or more products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and financial targets.
- Analyse market and user research to develop compelling product propositions.
- Prioritise and scope features, collaborating closely with Product Owners and governance forums.
- Manage Capital and Operating expenditure, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (TJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
