Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
- Implement journey orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data activation and personalization
- Optimize campaigns using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Creative teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences
- Ensure data governance and compliance
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe AEP and Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API integration skills (REST, JSON)
- Experience with Adobe Launch, AEP datasets, and customer analytics
- Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Target is a plus
- Adobe certifications (AJO Developer, AEP, or Real-Time CDP) are preferred
