Summary: The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Editor role is a fixed-term contract position until December 31, 2025, focused on managing and publishing web content primarily for the aviva.co.uk website. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in AEM to enhance user experiences while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of digital best practices and the ability to provide training and support to other AEM authors. The role is based in Eastleigh, York, or London, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, build, and publish web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Deliver engaging web experiences for public websites, primarily aviva.co.uk.
  • Provide guidance on content and product based on digital best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-location teams and various creative disciplines.
  • Train and support other AEM authors/publishers.
  • Respond to risk and emergency events, including occasional out-of-hours support.

Key Skills:

  • Relevant experience in web production using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Demonstrable experience in editing and publishing content with AEM.
  • Understanding of website information architecture and SEO.
