Summary: The Adobe Campaign Developer role involves supporting CRM and customer marketing initiatives for a well-known retailer on a contract basis. The position requires designing, building, and optimizing multi-channel customer campaigns within a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver customer journeys and campaigns using Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)
- Build and maintain workflows, schemas, and targeting rules
- Develop and manage email, SMS, and push campaign templates
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with internal data sources and external systems
- Troubleshoot campaign and data issues, ensuring high deliverability and performance
- Support campaign automation, personalisation, and segmentation strategies
- Work closely with marketing and CRM stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices around data quality, compliance, and documentation
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience as an Adobe Campaign Developer
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic (JavaScript, SQL, workflows, schemas) or Adobe Campaign Standard
- Solid SQL and data manipulation skills
- Experience working in retail or eCommerce environments (highly desirable)
- Understanding of CRM, customer data platforms, and multi-channel marketing
- Experience integrating APIs and external data feeds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a contract setting
