Summary: Richard Irvin, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a full-time Administrator/Receptionist for their Inverness office. The role involves providing clerical support, managing visitor interactions, and ensuring compliance with booking procedures. The position requires occasional weekend cover and focuses on supporting the Management Team and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support for the Management Team and prepare services related to the UHI House contract.
- Ensure records are correctly filed and maintain key and access card security.
- Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and contact Client staff as necessary.
- Follow the building Room Booking Policy and make bookings on behalf of Tenants and Clients.
- Run reports as directed to provide information to Support Services and Clients.
- Ensure re-confirmations are undertaken to maximise room usage.
Key Skills:
- SVQ level 3 in Customer Service and/or equivalent experience.
- HNC Business Studies and/or equivalent experience.
- Word processing and file management skills.
- Excel spreadsheet proficiency.

Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join the team based in Inverness, UK . This is a full-time, permanent position. There will be occasional cover required on weekends. Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for the Management Team together with the preparation of other services relating to the UHI House contract.
- Ensure records are correctly filed.
- Maintain key and access card security, ensuring that any key and access card issues are logged, signed for and returned.
- Welcome visitors to the premises, provide information and directions, contacting Client staff as necessary.
- Follow the building Room Booking Policy and other RIFM Procedures to make bookings on behalf of Tenants and Clients on the UHI House booking system.
- Run reports as directed to provide information to Support Services and Clients.
- Ensure re-confirmations are undertaken to maximise room usage.
