Summary: This role involves providing administrative support within the Compliance and Assurance team at Counter Terrorism Policing HQ in London. The position is focused on assisting with various administrative tasks to help achieve the team's strategic objectives. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing meeting minutes, mailboxes, and reporting packs, among other duties. This is a full-time, permanent position with a secondment opportunity available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete minutes for team, local, and national meetings and disseminate them to distribution lists.
  • Maintain and update Action and Decision Trackers.
  • Check mailboxes and direct queries to the correct team/person.
  • Book meeting facilities, check IT, send out invitations, and collate responses.
  • Act as a basic user access administrator for IT systems, including password resets.
  • Assist with preparing reporting packs for national boards, meetings, and groups.
  • Collate team 'people' administration, including annual leave and time sheets.
  • Create, distribute, and collate survey results.

Information About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for two new team members of the Compliance and Assurance pillar who would assist with administration across the team to support the strategic aims and objectives of the Pillar. The team members will provide administrative support across the wider Compliance and Assurance team focusing on specific functions during a demanding time.

Responsibilities

  • Minutes – Complete Minutes for team, local and national meetings. Disseminate the minutes to distribution lists. Maintain and update Action and Decision Trackers.
  • Mailboxes – Check mailboxes, direct the queries to the correct team/ person to respond to the query.
  • Arrange Meetings – Book facilities, Check IT, Send out invitations and collate responses.
  • IT Access administrator – Basic user access administrator for IT systems including password resets.
  • Reporting Packs – Assist with preparing reporting packs for national boards, meetings, and groups.
  • People Administration – Collation of teams ‘people’ admin (Annual leave, and time sheets).
  • Surveys – Create, distribute and collate results.
