Summary: The Conference Administrator role is a part-time position requiring 33 working days, with a start date of September 1, 2025, and an end date of November 17, 2025.   • Helping to collect missing information (e.g. headshots, mobile telephone numbers, presentation titles…), and follow-up emails
  • Producing onsite holding slides
  • Other general administrative tasks in support of the conference delivery

Hybrid role - 3 days in the office with some flex once they are set up and running in the role
