Summary: The Administrator (Maternity Cover) role involves providing efficient administrative support during a maternity leave period, assisting the CEO with various tasks including fundraising, HR, and communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and post.
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing and records.

  • Assist with finance admin, expenses and office supplies.
  • Organise meetings, travel and events.
  • Format and maintain policies/documents in line with brand guidelines.
  • Provide admin support for fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.
  • Assist with social media and website enquiries.
  • Help coordinate events/exhibitions, including occasional evenings/weekends.

  • Able to prioritise and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible; willing to attend occasional evening/weekend events.
  • Experience with donor management systems (e.g. Donorfy) is desirable.
  • Previous charity sector experience is desirable.

Hours: Approx. 15-20 hours per week (part-time)

Main purpose - Provide efficient, reliable administration during the maternity cover period.

- Assist the CEO across fundraising, HR, communications and donor support.

- Coordinate activity to keep One By One’s work organised and effective.
