Job Description
We are looking for an administrator to work within our Fleet Management Centre located in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will be supporting the planning team administratively and practically as and when needed. This is a temporary role for 12 months.
About The Role
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Deal with invoicing, raising of PO’s, FMC time management, contractor repairs etc.
- Input specification data into the main system.
- Support the Planning team when required and step in to cover holidays and general absence as and when required.
- Liaise with / arrange on site contractors when required.
- We are a small tightknit team so a willingness to support colleagues is a vital attribute
