Summary: The role of Administrator involves supporting a global financial services organization based in Richmond by managing various administrative tasks, including calculating early settlement requests and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. The position requires collaboration with other departments and training new team members. The Administrator is expected to take ownership of processes and suggest improvements to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate early settlement requests
- Deliver exceptional service via timely responses to Business Services inbox
- Manage end of lease/HP administration
- Assist with Risk admin duties on Lease Administration System
- Manage the daily invoice run to check for discrepancies
- Responsible for HPI queues, updating and making changes as necessary
- Manage the registration/release of Charges at Companies House
- Investigate and amend discrepancies in agreements
- Manage the reconciliation and payment of maintenance, VAT, Secondary Rental share to third parties
- Take ownership of processes and suggest improvements to management
- Collaboratively work with other departments such as Customer Services
- Train new members of the team once probation has been passed
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative positions
- Good knowledge and confidence in using MS Office
- Focused on providing excellent service to internal customers
