Job Overview An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Westminster Community Independence Service. You will provide high-level daily office support across the three pathways, Urgent Community Response, Home First, and Rehab, while contributing ideas and supporting projects to improve and develop the service. You will need to have the ability to work independently as well as within the team when required. You will be an approachable and friendly person who is able to work in a busy environment, with a varied range needs and demands, someone who reacts well under pressure, can be trusted to get tasks done quickly and who is capable of adapting to fast changing situation. The post holder will liaise closely with other administration staff within the service (across the Tri-borough), other administrators from other areas across the Trust and external agencies as required.

Main duties of the job Provide administrative / office support to the CIS Multi-disciplinary teams. Take responsibility for attending and participating in all mandatory and essential training to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of the Trust and/or safety and wellbeing of other staff and the people for whom you provide services. Be familiar with and comply with Trust policies for infection prevention and control and hand hygiene in order to reduce the spread of healthcare- associated infections. This will include a requirement to attend mandatory training in Infection Prevention and Control and to be compliant with all measures known to be effective in reducing healthcare-associated infections, including correct uniform and dress code policy, the use of personal protective equipment policy, safe procedures for using aseptic techniques, and safe disposal of sharps.
