Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a shared training inbox and responding to queries in a clear, professional way
- Processing training bookings accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the delivery of public workshops and in-house training, both online and in person
- Issuing joining instructions and coordinating post-session follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems
- Setting up new training events and courses
- Producing reports and management information when required
- Supporting the administration of a Learning Management System
- Liaising with internal teams, external trainers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider commercial team

The role will involve:
