Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of public workshops and in-house training, both online and in person
  • Issuing joining instructions and coordinating post-session follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems
  • Setting up new training events and courses
  • Producing reports and management information when required
  • Supporting the administration of a Learning Management System
  • Liaising with internal teams, external trainers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider commercial team

City of London | £30,000 | On-Going Temporary Assignment

We’re supporting a well-established organisation within financial services with the hire of an Administrator to join their Training team on a on-going assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, responsive, and part of a lively, collaborative team. The team is energetic, engaged, and made up of genuine go-getters who enjoy working together and supporting one another.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a shared training inbox and responding to queries in a clear, professional way
  • Processing training bookings accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the delivery of public workshops and in-house training, both online and in person
