Summary: The Engineering Data Administrator is tasked with managing data and workflows to support the Engineering team in delivering services for new projects, production, and aftermarket business. This role involves providing high-quality metrics, supporting production and repair concessions, and ensuring effective document approvals. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge and experience in managing complex data streams across various business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data and workflows for engineering support activities, including prioritisation and expediting.
- Provide high-quality metrics to assist the Engineering team in daily deliveries to customers.
- Support the delivery of production and repair concessions.
- Facilitate product change and document approvals.
- Deliver high-quality project demand data.
Key Skills:
- Qualified to HND level in a technical discipline or relevant experience.
- Experience in managing technical data and workflows.
- Familiarity with business systems such as PTC Windchill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and typical business software.
- Able to manage multiple data streams and complex requirements.
- Demonstrates resilience in managing across departments and projects.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Qualified to HND level in a technical discipline or able to demonstrate relevant experience in lieu of qualifications.
- Experience in managing technical data and technical workflows.
- Experience in typical business systems such as PTC Windchill.
- Proficient in the use of typical business software such as Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with multiple streams of data and juggle complex requirements from different parts of the business.
- Demonstrates resilience in managing across multiple departments, projects and customers.
