Careers Administrator Support
Location: East Dulwich, South East London
Hours: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:00pm (3 or 4 days per week will also be considered)
Start Date: September 2026
Duration: At least until December 2026
Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in East Dulwich for a Careers Administrator Support professional to join their team from September.
This is a varied administrative role supporting the school's careers programme, helping to ensure students have access to a range of careers guidance, employer engagement opportunities and post-16 pathways information.
The Role:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for the school's careers provision
- Coordinating and organising careers events, workshops, assemblies and employer visits
- Liaising with external agencies, employers, colleges, universities and training providers
- Maintaining student records and supporting careers-related reporting and tracking
- Assisting with the organisation of work experience and other enrichment opportunities
- Supporting the efficient management of careers processes and documentation
- Providing general administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous administrative experience within a school setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident liaising with a range of external stakeholders and partners
- Experience organising events and managing multiple priorities
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Careers-related experience within a school is desirable but not essential
