Summary: The Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position for a duration of three months, focused on managing inbound calls, customer relationships, and various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include data management, complaint resolution, and supporting the Administration Coordinator with projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner, logging details accurately in Salesforce.com.
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention.
  • Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution.
  • Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with any issues raised, maintaining records of actions in Salesforce.com.
  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring all work is in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required within the Service Centre.
  • Undertake any training and development as required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.
  • Data check, interrogation, and input/update into spreadsheets.
  • Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software.
  • Process information/documentation requests.
  • Deal with visitors - organising meetings and rooms, refreshments, etc.
  • Stationery ordering.
  • Investigate data and report outcomes, solution-focused.
  • Check waste collection rounds, report issues to management team.
  • Reallocate work between waste collection rounds.
  • Operate weighbridge for incoming and outgoing waste for export, inputting tickets and photographs, updating weighbridge tickets.
  • Demonstrate IT competence and confidence.
