Key Responsibilities:
- Upload smart waste data weekly to internal systems
- Upload material delivery information via Field View regularly
- Manage stationery orders and general supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal office areas
- Act as a first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
- Welcome visitors, support sign-in procedures, and offer hospitality
- Assist with correspondence including reports, presentations, and letters (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Maintain administrative systems and databases
- Open and distribute daily post
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Support the maintenance of the new digital Sign-In system
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments for senior team members
- Book meeting rooms, organise internal and external meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Help create and maintain an annual meetings schedule
- Help the Design Team with job trackers, drawing management, and meeting minutes
- Provide ad hoc support to the Preconstruction Team, including portal monitoring and file management
- Conduct business-related research when required
