Key Responsibilities:
- Completing AML checks for new and existing clients, including risk assessments and obtaining ID.
- Managing matter closure, including clearing unbilled WIP and returning client funds.
- Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Working with Fee Earners and Finance to manage matter lists and outstanding issues.
- Addressing outstanding comments/complaints in collaboration with the Risk and Compliance Officer and Partner.
