Sales Team Support Admin Paris, France (12-Month Contract)

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual looking for a dynamic role in a supportive sales environment? We re seeking a Sales Team Support Admin to assist our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our customer processes. This 12-month mission is based in Paris, with a blend of on-site and remote work, offering flexibility in your work schedule.

Mission Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 12 months
Location: Paris, France
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:30 17:00 or 09:00 17:30
Lunch Break: 1 hour per day
Work Schedule: Initial 1-month on-site training, followed by 2 days remote work (Monday Tuesday) and 3 days on-site work (Wednesday Friday).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Account Creation: Set up customer accounts using internal tools to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Dispute Processing: Resolve simple disputes in SAP to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Mailbox Management: Handle the generic mailbox efficiently, ensuring timely processing of customer requests.
  • Quotation Requests: Coordinate with customers to generate and send accurate quotes as requested.
  • Order Management: Unblock orders, ensuring correct pricing is applied for smooth transactions.
  • Oracle Mailbox Management: Process customer requests received via the Oracle mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Software Use: Utilize tools like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office software to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
