Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgement
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas where required
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries
  • Manage last-minute changes efficiently and calmly
  • Oversee end-to-end expense processing and reconciliation
