Summary: The role of Team Assistant / PA at a leading investment bank involves providing comprehensive support to various levels of staff, including Partners and Analysts. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, coordinating meetings and travel, and processing expense reports. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience, with a preference for candidates with banking experience. The role is based in the City of London and requires a high level of communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, including placing, receiving, screening, and routing calls.
  • Take detailed and accurate messages and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Manage banker calendars and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visa applications, and hotel reservations.
  • Process travel and entertainment expense reports in compliance with guidelines.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, archiving, and filing.
  • Support a team-oriented environment and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email.
  • High attention to detail and strong technical skills.
  • Good judgment, independent thinking, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
