Summary: The Administration and Events Coordinator will join the Visual Arts team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, focusing on centralized administration and event coordination. The role involves managing budgets and planning for both private and public events while collaborating closely with the Deputy Director. The position emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the planning and budget management for private views, dinners, and other reputational events.
  • Lead on the planning and delivery of public programme events.
  • Maintain active visual arts contact and invitation lists using the Tessitura relationship management system.
