Summary: The Bilingual Customer Service Administrator role involves supporting participants in maintaining employment and assisting individuals who have experienced job loss. This full-time position requires fluency in Spanish and offers a hybrid work schedule after an initial on-site training period. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support, increase customer satisfaction, and improve client retention.
  • Follow standard procedures and scripts to assist customers using fundamental knowledge of company services and products.
  • Generate letters and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Log, route, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, faxes, etc.).
  • Prepare, log, and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure proper document control for mail and project-related communication.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Provide backup support for recording and distributing meeting minutes within the required timeframe.
