  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the VP Office to organize and coordinate company hospitality events.
  • Work with Sales Leaders to coordinate and organize internal team meetings, events, and sales activities.
  • Augment events teams for flagship company events, providing crucial on-the-ground support.
  • Process and manage Sales Leaders’ expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Book Sales Leaders’ travel, including flights, hotel, and transfers.
  • Provide proactive day-to-day administrative support to Sales Leaders, anticipating needs and addressing issues before they arise.
