Summary: The role of Active Directory Infrastructure Engineer involves providing advanced technical support for Active Directory and related infrastructure services within a globally regulated environment. The engineer will focus on Active Directory administration and security while also engaging in Windows Server and VMware support. This position requires collaboration with global service teams to deliver effective solutions and onboarding processes. The assignment is expected to last for six months with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd/4th line technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, and related infrastructure services.
- Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration, including Group Policy, user group management, and incident resolution.
- Support Active Directory security measures such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and MFA.
- Assist in infrastructure-related design and architecture work, particularly around AD and platform services.
- Collaborate with service teams locally and globally to deliver business solutions and service onboarding.
- Maintain and build Windows Servers, support VMware, and assist with Citrix environments.
- Support backup and restore processes and overall platform integrity.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in Active Directory administration and security.
- Experience with Windows Server and VMware support.
- Knowledge of security tools such as PAM, MFA, and SSO.
- Ability to provide 3rd/4th line technical support.
- Experience in infrastructure design and architecture.
- Collaboration skills for working with global service teams.
