Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist at EVE LOM is tasked with managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining customer relationships to support cash flow management. This role involves resolving payment discrepancies and providing regular reporting to management while ensuring compliance with financial policies. The specialist also contributes to the efficiency of the finance team and supports Accounts Payable functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Accounts Receivable mailbox
- Generate and distribute invoices
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries, coordinating with sales and operations teams when necessary
- Record and apply incoming payments against open invoices
- Execute the periodic distribution of customer statements and follow up
- Navigate a suite of customer-side procurement portals to download remittance advice and split bulk payments across multiple invoices
- Support Finance team operations during scheduled holidays and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives within Accounts Payable function
- General AP understanding including but not restricted to payment applications, account reconciliation and maintenance of supplier records
Key Skills:
- 2–5 years in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance roles
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash flow processes
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
