Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting of all supplier invoices across all entities
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Posting of banking transactions and account reconciliation
  • Ensure strict adherence to all finance policies for purchasing and employee expenses
  • Administrate employee expense and corporate credit card systems
  • Posting of employee expenses
  • Posting of credit card transactions
  • Running the payment run report for review and approval
  • Update monthly foreign exchange rates on system
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Generate monthly Intercompany charges and management fee invoices and maintain internal tracker
  • Posting of journals
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by management

  • AAT qualification desirable

Your new role
This business is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months to contribute to and support the function of the accounts department. This will be a 100% on-site role. A non-exhausted list of the duties and responsibilities:

  • Posting of all supplier invoices across all entities
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Posting of banking transactions and account reconciliation
