We're working with a restaurant scale-up looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Lead on a 6 month contract, initially. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the remit of the role will be to manage the AP function, managing relationships with key suppliers, negotiating payment plans, and working collaboratively to manage payments and cashflow. They need an experienced AP Manager with seniority and gravitas who is happy to get their hands dirty, understanding of and operating within 'real-world' situations, improving processes / procedures and controls. There will be elements of more rounded accounting at month-end (reconciliations / journals). Interesting role, joining at an exciting juncture for the business.
