Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk at Workspace will provide essential financial and administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role involves managing relationships with stakeholders and handling aged creditors and workflows.   • Previous Qube/ECS experience is desirable.

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll be responsible for providing financial and administrative support for Workspace. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will ensure all payments are accurate and made in a timely manner. You will build relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and manage aged creditors and workflows, as well as preparing cheques and BACS payment runs.
