Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from suppliers
- Monitor the accounts payable inbox
- Prepare and process BACS payments
- Employee expense processing
- Post general ledger journals as required
- Adhoc reporting
- Assist in month and year-end closing
- Prepare and analyse aged creditors monthly report
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
