The Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to support our finance operations and ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.

• Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements across the Samworth Group
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Manage aged creditors and ensure prompt payment targets are met
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Provide exceptional service to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third parties
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• GCSEs in English and Maths
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft AX (desirable)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
