Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, supportive finance environment? We’re partnering with a rapidly growing business — to recruit a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for a 6–12 month contract . This is an exciting time to join as they continue to scale operations and invest in their finance team. You’ll be based in their South Lanarkshire office full-time, working alongside a passionate and driven team, where no two days are the same.
About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the AP function following recent internal growth and system changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end invoice processing
- Supplier payment runs
- Statement and bank reconciliations
- Managing the accounts inbox
- Supporting wider finance team activities as needed
You’ll be working with their newly implemented ERP system, but experience with any ERP is welcome.
